Check your bag when you go through drive-thru! This is the 3rd time this restaurant got my order wrong. Tried to call them & no answer. Then tried to call another location same thing, no answer. Wanted refund for fries I ordered & never got. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!

I work night shift, one of few places that is open late. I understand it takes time late at night to make food. So before I even left my job site, i ordered online for speedy pick up. Drove 5 minutes, then still had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot for a buddy burger combo. It's ridiculous really and disappointing. Not one other customer came around either. Just Terrible

Pathetic customer service, may be because i am brown? Was kept waiting at the counter by the *supervisor* who was also serving as the order person at the time i went in precisely 5.45pm on feb 22,while ppl after me were addressed and even got their order before me. When she finally addressed me, she wouldnt even apologize for the strange behavior ofcourse. Never coming back here obviously

Ordered one thing of onion rings. Asked for chipotle dip go to with it, they say $0.50 additional lol. I gave the person at the window $5 and told him that clearly the owner is in need. In my opinion this practice is cheesy and very ghetto.Tip. When you respond to reviews, be genuine. Cutting and pasting a generic cookie cutter response is also just as bad. Think about it.

When this franchise was last sold the new owner replaced the staff with people who have no issue serving stale food. Now the new workers have become so lazy (at least the people working at 530am) that they'll lie to you saying their system is down and they can't accept orders(this has happened twice in 3 weeks both times on Thursday).

There was only one person working the drive thru and counter while two people were making food at just after 6pm. She was doing her best, but needed help to manage both stations. This resulted in a long wait time to place our order. If I had brought coupons for Harvey's next door I would have left.We order the featured Spicy Dill Pickle Mama burger which showed a creamy white dill pickle sauce in the advertising. Alas the burger only had two dill pickle slices and minimal sauce. A true disappointment.Luckily the coupon for the Teen Burger combo provided a good meal at half the price, just not enough to offset the long wait and poorly assembled features burger.
