The poor waiter was running all around, there was no organization, there was a party going on, and the management couldn't organize the staff to serve and do the partyManagement kept interfering with tables, placing orders without telling the waiter she took orders from the table. Ours being one of them.

Such an awesome place!! Prices went up a bit but that’s understandable in this world of ours. Our server Laura was amazing and was always around and having such fun conversations with me and my friends keeping us busy and keeping our beers full!! Thanks Laura you’re great!!!

As per usual when we go here, food and service is outstanding! Our server tonight Laura was absolutely a God sent! We had a party of 10 or 11 and she smashed it right out of park, I couldn't thank her enough

Had a terrible experience over the weekend with server Gemma. Waitress was to busy having social time and flirting with other patrons, its very distasteful!Service is important to customers and is a reflection of restaurant itself. The wait staff are the face of the buisness, and if we experience service or lack of.... it makes us really think about returning. Luckily we have been here before and the service exceeded our expectations with the familiar long term employees. Those waitresses are really what keep us coming back.Food is good though.

The spinach and artichoke dip is one of the best’s that I ordered around Cambridge area! It has a good blend of cheeses and spinach, I recommend if you also order with half nachos and half pita bread, it is so delicious!My husband and I went there to have lunch on a Sunday and the place was really empty, probably because we decided to do an early lunch!The staff recommended a homemade cheese and mushrooms burger and the meat is yummy and big! If you add poutine or onion rings instead of the regular fries, you will get an extra charge. But it’s regular practice, for me the burger was enormous so I could eat all my poutine.In the future we would like to come back to play billard and I saw they also have arcade games.

The service wasn't great and the food was even worse. 4 of us ordered food and the table was way too small. I would suggest putting in a larger area for people to eat.
Good place to play pool. Always best to call ahead as you never know how busy it might be and waiting for a table can be awhile on certain nights.

If you just want to play some pool and have some drinks, this place is perfect for you. Music selection is mixed, so something for everyone. Servers are attentive. Food is okay and prices are reasonable. If you are a foodie or picky about food, then eat elsewhere before coming here. The steak was actually better than expected. Buffalo chicken wrap was also good. Stick with fries, don't get the frozen veggies as your side. The antijitos were also good. Good beer selection.

Walked in with another group who were quickly dealt with. I stood at the wait to be seated sign. The waiter who had came over for the other people looked at me a few times then grabbed a plate and left abandoning me at the door. I was looking to get something to eat. That side was empty. Wait staff are apparently as rude here as they are in Kitchener. Oh by the way the game is called billiards not billards.

The food was good but the place was filthy, washrooms were disgusting, can you imagine the kitchen. Found that alot of rift raft coming in and just using the washroom for what looked to be drugs, and this was at 6pm. Definitely will never be back. Has really gone down hill since the last owners owned it. The Food, health inspector needs to see this place.
