The food is great. The staff at this particular location always has a nasty look on their faces and passive aggressive attitudes.
I ordered 2 apple pies. I waited almost 10 min to have them made. I got them home and they were raspberry and not apple. I called the restaurant several times and no one would answer the phone.
If you like a pretty good burger, this is one of the best places to get one in the city.

This is one of my favourite fast food restaurants,… better then A&W and Wendy’s… you get a lot of food for a good price.. I came here this evening and got myself two combos for me and my wife and the portions were delicious.. the drinks too aren’t bad tasting, specially the iced tea… the one at A&W is terrible, however Harvey’s is impeccable.. thank you to the kind manager who served me this evening, you are a very kind and preform well good customer service.. god bless?Parking: Only about 7 spaces for parking right in front of the restaurant

The last couple times I have been at this location the food has not been the same as before .Arleast this time the bottom burger wasn't dried out and cold!The food use to be piping hot and fresh ,but now it is Luke warm, and you can tell it's been pre cooked and in a warming rack .I watched the person pull it out of a warming tray and put it on the bun!What happened to the flame broiled and hot hamburgers of the past?Disappointed in this location, it used to be the best in the tri- cities!!
