Incompetent staff. Have gotten my order wrong multiple times. I've never experienced this many issues at any McDonald's I've been to in Canada. Always check your order before you leave here. Drive through staff never seem to be able to understand your code.

**Be Aware** This store consistently closes prior to 11 (advertised as open to 11). Regularly the store will block the entry between 10:30pm and 10:45pm. Perhaps they should change their hours?

Staff is soo rude, while no one was there they continued to talk for over 5 minutes before then starting to cook the food I ordered. This is not fast food, and not McDonald's! All this when a manager is on duty? This place should be shutdown!
The staff is rude, no empathy towards customer, poor coordination, Staff do not wear hair net and ask customer to clean when it is issue from their end. @managers kindly train your staff to have some courtesy towards customer. How can you ask customer to clean the coffee when the staff didn’t close the lid properly.
