Probably the worst night to go to menchies. I called prior to see if i was able to bring my dog and I would carry her and not let her walk into the store & the guy i spoke to said yes. As soon as my friends and i got there the woman stopped us and said “no dogs allowed in here” & i told her “i called prior and they said i was able to if i picked her up” & thats what i did. & she responded “no you didnt call” however i explained to her that i spoke to a man on the phone. Her attitude was uncalled for. And also to mentioned I didnt touch anything while holding my dog, my friend did all the ice cream and toppings for me. Then when i went to go pay my total was $11.70, I gave her a $20 bill and i said hold on i have change and then he proceeded to give me attitude saying i already punched in the amount. You cant do basic math???? I wanted to give him $2 so it could be $22 so I didnt have as much change to carry around. $22 - $11.70 = $10.30. I dont understand how someone who works at menchies cant do basic math. I tried to explain to him what to give me back if i gave him the $2 and he shooed me away. Please get your employees in check. Thank you.

It's a wonderful place located by roadside. I visited this place with my friends. I enjoyed all the delicious yogurts with various toppings and sauces. Also the services are Appreciated by me.

Came here on a Saturday and waited 10 mins until 11am foe the store to open. Once I went in I was told the store doesn't open until 11:30. Even tho it says on their door 11am-midnight. Lol they don't even know when the stores open. Won't be

I usually come here and get the exact same thing every single time but this time the frozen yogurt was spoiled and the staff kept insisting it wasn’t and arguing with me I know what spoiled yogurt tastes like. That’s not the way to deal with customers.

Clean and food service. Frozen yogurt selection great as well as toppings and as always keeping their tart option - (original) favorite of mine qas nice to see. 4 star because of price!
Not very happy with today’s experience. The store is messy, most of the flavour dispenser are either empty or malfunctioning. I’ve definitely seen this place in a better state.

Staff was friendly and helpful in guiding us through our first time at Menchies! It's expensive- $2.60 per 100g in your cup. We ended up getting 460g and payed about 14 bucks for one cup that we shared.There was lot's of toppings to choose from but I do wish they had a larger range of froyo options. We got cheesecake, nutella, and strawberry froyo and the strawberry was my favourite! The cheesecake tasted nothing like cheesecake and had a strange flavour lol. For next time I would suggest putting a bit of froyo in a cup and tasting it before filling your fill.The ambience was nice and felt nostalgic almost like a 2000's teen show lemonade stand. Overall a fun time and I would go again!
