I just wanna say I had twin ladies make me 6 subs in about 5 mins, that is the fastest I have had anyone make my subs. I get minimum 4 every time I come thru the drive thru and it always takes the person or people working at least 10 mins to make 4! These ladies are absolutely amazing and they did it with the best customer service I have seen since my girls at esso Timmy's! So thank you so much and keep up the wonderful attitudes! You made my day!Kid-friendliness: My kids are super picky and they loved every bite of these subs!

Did the drive thru for the first time and it took much longer than I thought it would. With one car in front of me, it took 5mins before it was our turn. And then waited another 7mins to get our order taken. Should have just walked in.

The staff here genuinely seem happy to be there and happy to help. The restaurant itself is bright and clean with very easy to read menus. I love the fact that there is also a driv thru. My sub was fresh and made exactly how I like it. I never really went to Mr. Sub before, but I think this is going to be my go-to sub place from now on.Parking: There's a small parking lot in between the businesses in this area.

Today I took my Mom here for lunch for her birthday, and to say the customer service was fantastic would be an understatement. The young man who assisted us was friendly, helpful and personable. He made us the best subs we have had in a long time. We will definitely be back again. He truly made our experience that much more special. It was really nice to see such a genuinely kind employee. The restaurant was clean, the windows were big and bright and the selection was well displayed. The food was fresh and made exactly the way we wanted it. Keep up the great work, my mom and I would highly recommend this Mr.Sub. Also a bonus they have a drive thru option.Vegetarian options: I had a veggie sub in a wrap and my Mom had a BLT sub in a wrap. It was a nice option to have especially when sensitive to breads. Good selection of pop and chips.

Went in there with my family and the lady was very rude and sarcastic. She refused to toast the bun so we could have the cheese melted, instead of cold. She started wrapping the subs, completely ignoring what we were asking for. Very unfortunate ?. We just walked out.

I have a huge bone to pick with this location!! Look out for this lady named Tasha!!! She created a welcoming atmosphere with fantastic customer service skills such as perfect attention to detail even when I was being a bit picky with the sauce packaging! The bone to pick is that she got me so amped to eat my assorted classic sub after that I forgot to take a picture to post because I devoured the picture perfect looking sub!! Ugh... happy fooding! :)
