Used to be a great sub shop now. It's just mediocre. Order is never right unless it's the owner making it.. Place an online order and it was incorrect Honestly, Girl said to me oh sorry didn't read the note of what you wantted. Reading is fundamental for online order to be done correctly. Guess will have to start using the other mr sub.

Disheartening Encounter with the Owner at Mr. SubI recently had an unfortunate experience at Mr. Sub that compelled me to share this review. My visit was marred by the disappointing behavior of the restaurant's owner, which overshadowed the quality of the food.During my visit, I had an interaction with the owner that I can only describe as unprofessional and disheartening. Their attitude towards both customers and employees was less than exemplary. I observed them being rude and condescending to the staff, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere.When I approached the owner with a simple inquiry, I was met with a dismissive and impolite response. Their behavior was unwarranted and left me feeling disrespected as a paying customer. I firmly believe that any establishment's owner should set a positive example and create a welcoming environment for patrons.While I've enjoyed the food at Mr. Sub in the past, this recent encounter with the owner has made me reconsider whether I want to support this establishment in the future. It's crucial for any restaurant to maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism from the top down, and my experience fell short of these expectations. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to address these issues

First up the owner he’s amazing. But there’s an angry older woman who’s just constantly ruining this location. She is just not a happy person, rude to co workers and just seems genuinely annoyed to be taking our order. 40 min for fast food is just ridiculous and it’s turning me off of this location. My husband out right refuses to step foot in here now because it’s more then he can handle.
Always great service. Poutine is probably the best in town.

Absolutely look forward to Sunday as I always order subs for supper. This location is an absolute gem to deal with. The girl Mackenzie is a.hoot and true customer service star, the older lady is always smiling when I order. Absolutely best location that makes their subs with love!!!
