The pizza was soft and baked perfectly. The customer service is AMAZING!!! The employees were kind and polite. Hygiene is well taken care of. Eating pizza from here is a great way to end the day off:) ?Vegetarian options: I usually can't have poutine because the gravy has meat, but here there is vegetarian gravy and it's MIND BLOWING! Very tasty and flavourful:)
I got what I was told is a Canadian panzarotti got home and it’s just pepperoni and they charge you a lot more for the mushrooms and bacon that I obviously didn’t get. I called to tell them what they did so they didn’t give the Canadian as a pepperoni Incase someone had allergies and instead of listening to me they transferred me to customer service where they treated me like I was the stupid one… I will never be back. Work on your customer service and knowing what products you actually have before someone has an allergic reaction to something. I worked in the industry for 15 years unacceptable considering too people don’t have much $ right now either. Such a shame.

Usually lots of seating which is nice service is quick most of the time only complaint I have is a lot of the time when I order say bacon on my party pizza with bacon and pep on it some of the pizza don't have nothing on it but cheese and pep and some may have one small peace of bacon now I always check it in front of them before leaving the store other then that it's alright place to go but if your looking for some where that is more then generous on there topping try Andy's pizza downtime CambridgeParking: In strip with other stores so there is a lot of parkingWheelchair accessibility: On main floor nothing to go over

Completely disgusted by the lack of customer service.. understand being understaffed… but at this time it wasn’t… I ordered a new menu item .. so expected to have to wait a little longer… there was a couple that order before me I went next door to pick up so thing and the couple was still there when I return…..pizza was not ready and she was outraged as well .. furthermore you have one making pizza with gloves on touched his phone and the continued to make said pizza… that is just gross talk about unhygienic…and you have 3 others just sitting around chatting when there is work to do… as far as I am concerned will NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION !!!! Such a shame
We went there from Lion Safari, everyone liked their pizza, their customer service is good. Just need to keep the eating area more clean ?
