My husband and I had heard great things about this place so we decided to give it a try.It was the first time we had been there for ice cream. We might give it a try down the road but for now we won't be back.We ordered the Banana Split Sundaes and were asked what toppings we wanted on the sundaes. From the photos they had posted, it was soft serve, banana, strawberry sauce and chocolate with whipped topping. We were only allowed to chose one topping, so I chose Strawberry and my husband chose chocolate. The sundaes were over $20 for two, my husband's was made wrong but we took it anyways because we had waited a long time for the order to come out.The staff seemed very overwhelmed with the Mr. Beast Burger area, and there was only two girls when we arrived and when we walked out there was like 6 people all working behind the counter. There was a large line waiting on food and the one girl just took charge and started asking the workers to complete things. I felt terrible for the staff. They all looked so overwhelmed.The sundaes were ok. My husband's had a weird topping on it and he said it tasted weird. I had the strawberries, which were good but there was a lot of sauce on it. I was just so confused with what was advertised and how we could only choose one topping. It was a banana split sundae.I have had the butter tarts previous to us going there and they are delicious and worth the buy.

This place is excellent! Went for the first time the other night. Great food and great prices. People need to stop complaining about wait times, this is a small business. You can clearly see there isn’t a group of workers behind the counter and so naturally you’ll have to wait your turn. It is worth the wait though! They have so many options it would be hard to compare it to Just one place- but they have everything LA Frank’s has and MORE. Truly hope this place is around for a looonng time! Keep up the good works guys!

It's unfortunate that when my husband & I went on Saturday at 1pm. There were only 2 younger girls working at the counter and were overwhelmed. It looked like they were working on 2 or 3 orders. It took us about 30 mins to place our order & 45min ti get 2 burgers & onion rings.I 100% blame this on poor management. It is not the young ladies fault - they were trying so hard with no direction

Poor management, staff doesn't know what to put on sandwich. They are so confused. They cannot manage big orders. Please give proper training to staff and so they quickly serve.

Walking in this little restaurant I was surprised to find such a huge assortment of food. I ordered poutine and a funnel cake, not only they tasted great and the choice of toppings for the funnel cake were amazing. I can’t wait to return and try out more items from their menu

I ordered vanilla latte, regular fries and chicken tenders. And I must say everything was delicious. I loved their chicken tenders and fries it was freshly deep fried not just reheated like a lot of places do that. The only thing is sitting area inside. Unfortunately it was raining so I had to sit inside and they don’t have a lot of space. It is cute and nice but still very tight space to dine in. But they have tables outside to enjoy.I’m definitely going back there again.Vegetarian options: They have beyond meat burgers, fries, veggie loaded fries

I have been once so far and was impressed. The fries were delicious! Only downside was it was confusing as to where to go to get our order and to customize it once it was ready. Thankfully the young woman working came and got us and told us where to go! We will be back!

Did not visit the restaurant itself but ordered through a delivery partner. The croissant was fresh and they are not light on toppings...! If ordering again, I would ask them to go 'light' on the mayo/mustard combo.

What a great little place for a surprising number of items! We went for ice cream, but they have savory and sweet treats. The staff were super friendly and you can seat inside or out. There is lots of parking either in a lot or on the street.

Poutine was great. However, the burger tasted strange and had a weird texture. Strange set up in there. They need a proper grill. It was like going to an concession stand. The aesthetic of the outside of the restaurant does not match the inside.
Great location, awesome and fun menu items. Stopped in to grab a hotdog and was shocked by all the fun ice cream flavors and toppings. Can't wait to bring my son here.

Good food and I think he has a gold mine there but the staff including the manager or owner should be dressed cleaner. Most of the staff didn't look neat and the bathroom and tables needed to be cleaner.

We love this little gem!The staff are friendly and great.The food is good with great prices.We have enjoyed outdoor movies here last summer for the kids as well.However tonight when we visited for some coffee and treats, I was a little disappointed there was a table in the dining area with two dogs.As we walked by the dogs were nothing I would call friendly in fact they were quite aggressive barking and growling as we walked by to the bathroom actually scaring my granddaughter.It was the same to other families walking by and through the dining area.We would have loved to sit in and enjoy our drinks and treats as it was raining, but couldn't because of 2 very aggressive dogs seated in the diningroom.Alittle disappointed the staff didnt see this as a safety concern.

I wanted to get the chicken bacon ranch fries and I mentioned to the man behind the counter I cannot eat gluten, so he gave the option of getting grilled chicken instead. I got my order and realized it did not have ranch. Ranch has gluten in it..... the fact that man considered me when not adding the ingredient is enough I need to say about this establishment. Delicious food and drinks aswell thank you, will be coming again.

Food would have been great if it had been hot. Certain parts of the order were ready long before other parts. Therefore, things were cold ! Staff were very polite and all working hard to get things ready. Just need to be a bit more organized. Will probably give them another chance. Oh ya, the tarts here are delicious ?
