Great employees, awesome service, but haven't found anything I really like....I like a creamy and sweet coffee, i have tried 4 different coffees, mocha etc and haven't really like any of them....Don't understand why it's so expensive when it's not that great... but I mean service and variety was great!

I looovvveee this Starbucks so much. I work just across the street and make the short walk everyday for my lunch coffee. Really couldn't ask for a better crew to make the day brighter. Thanks for being awesome. :)

This Starbucks really is a hit and a miss. If I order mobile they are usually great. If I hit up drive thru they get it wrong 95% of the time. People are very friendly and location is relatively convenient.

I'm a regular customer at Starbucks, and every time I order from this particular branch, I find myself increasingly disappointed and dissatisfied. On one occasion, I requested extra shaking for my drink, but they failed to do so. When I asked the barista to shake it again, she briefly took it and returned it without giving it a proper shake. I pointed out that I had seen her neglect to shake it, but she insisted otherwise. On another visit, my drink was overwhelmingly filled with ice, even though Starbucks is known for its excess use of ice, this time it was way too much. They also don’t have some options like the the raspberry syrup. This branch in Cambridge is, in my opinion, the least satisfactory of them all.

I stopped by this starbucks to use the restroom and charge my phone. While i waited for my phone to charge i looked at the menu there and while i was looking someone offered to help me, I later found out her name was Alexis. I told her i was just checking prices and realized they're not expensive like i always assumed and that i didnt have enough to purchase anything. She offered me a drink of my choice and she helped me find something i would enjoy. I had an iced espresso(next time i will ask for less espresso so it isnt too strong) that had whipped topping. After I thanked her for being so kind to give me a free beverage, she replied if im not leaving yet she had something elsr for me to try. I sat down and she brought me a sandwich I believe was vegatarian it had sundried tomatoes and spinach or lettuce and cheese, it was really good i would definetly order that again. Anyways I just wanted to share my story, Im actually homeless and was hungry. I felt comfortable there, I was treated with respect and kindness. Thank you Alexia for that experience, you made me feel like i was/am welcome regardless of me having money or not. I look forward to seeing you more often and soon. Thank you again I am more then grateful.

I should have written this a while ago but like many, I’ve taken the simple pleasure of my morning Starbucks run for granted :) The baristas that they’ve selected to support your morning are truly one of the warmest, kindest groups of people I’ve had the good fortune to run into. They remember my name by my morning order alone … which might seem like a small thing … but it’s not, it’s personal, and it’s appreciated. No matter how quirky my requests are (do you mind cutting this straw down for example) they’re always happy to oblige. I just love this team. Great work everyone!The only negative I have on this location is regarding the landlord / property owner and the way they allowed the drive trough pavement to degrade spectacularly. To them I say … do better please.

the most disgusting bathrooms i have ever seen, no toilet paper, pee on the toilets, floors were dirty, since was dirty, garbage can didn’t even have a bag in it
