Great place to shop for your health products. Cathy knows her products and does not sell you something you don't need. It is nice to support the small town stores and not the big cooperations. The location here Is very good for myself.
Sunrise Mills carries excellent quality health supplements at reasonable prices. It's great getting helpful information from Cathy who's a wealth of knowledge! This wonderful store is a hidden gem.

I have dealt with Cathy at Sunrise for many years. I fully believe in supporting small owner run business BUT on top of that Cathy is very helpful and very knowledgeable. My "go to" store for supplements.
