It’s taken me 2 months to write this review because of the traumatic nature of my experience. My husband and I went for dinner at this location. Our server provided awful service and would not bring us drinks. The manager approached us to check up on us and we noted we had been waiting for drinks a while. The manager must have said something to our server. Next thing you know, the server started loudly talking about me to another patron and pointing at me. Then, when my husband and I got up to leave, the patron physically confronted us screaming that I had gotten her server friend in trouble. She physically prevented us from leaving the restaurant by standing right at the door. It was such a scary situation, we felt like our safety was at risk. The manager did not do anything. It was a situation when we wanted to literally call the police. My husband managed to deescalate the situation and we were able to get our safely. Please avoid this location at all costs, it is just not safe.

Had Swiss Chalet on Dundas Street in Cambridge Saturday evening at about 6pm. Olivia, our waitress was pleasant, fast with our order and looked after us well. Was one of our best experiences in the last few years. Will definitely return!!

Very smooth procedure. I pulled up, parked, notified the store and, voila, it was delivered 2 minutes later.Parking: Plenty of free parking for in restaurant diners and the pick up area is adequate even for the busiest times.
