We are very disappointed with the attitude of the Cambridge location. We are regular clients of the Keg and are not disappointed with the food quality. However in this instance we had a special occasion and wanted to celebrate it with a billy miner cake. We called and spoke to the manager who advised he would not allow us to purchase a cake or even half a cake, as we normally do - he would only sell us individual slices; a focus on the profit vs. providing service as a high value customer. Will not take my clients to this location any more.

I came there after a long flight wanting a hot meal for take out. I specifically requested everything be made fresh and hot. After I got my order and was about to leave, I was told the veggies were missing. I ended up waiting for it but in the meantime the rest of my food got cold. I was not too pleased. Server was very polite however she also forgot my steak sauce. Just a reminder for servers to read back orders to customers to ensure nothing is forgotten.

A decent steak dinner. But after decades of better than decent, this one had a few disappointments. The famous frozen blended margarita is gone, replaced by a straight mixed drink. The "usual" classic style teriyaki style steak was overdone and very tough, the creme brulet dessert was very good, large size, a very thick sugar topping, tasty but maybe in need of being cut with a saw.I'm sure we'll try again, but I may want to call and ask questions first.

We had Braun as our server he was amazing! My group had 2 babies with us and the restaurant was amazing. They had baby plates (apatizers with carrots celery and crackers) and then ice cream during the desert they were complementary. The staff were amazing

1Anniversary, and I am not impressed.My husband finished his Pepsi, not refills offered, the serve came off as judgmental and flat out uncomfortable to have. Stood there a debit machine hovering as we were paying cash.I love the key, family tradition, I spoke with the manager, kind women. All other staff were detailed. This gentleman seemed to hate hoa job.Not going back, ill travel else where. Heart breaking tbh. But great food.
