This location has messed up on my order on multiple occasions and they weren’t even busy when I was getting my one order of coffee so there was no reason for them to mess up on my order as bad as they did.

I got unattended by the staffs. It always happens during the morning and afternoon shifts.*there were no customers but there were 4,5 staffs working there, 2 guys chatting. But didn't have time to attend a customer.

I'm quite disappointed, not in the service, the drive thru staff I get to see each morning are very nice.Yesterday morning I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and butter, Md DDD and my absolute favorite, french vanilla with espresso ? unfortunately I was passed a coffee with the other coffee and didn't catch this until I was on the 401.There were zero issues with rectifying this this morning.So I gave the same order as yesterday. Today I recieved my french vanilla but unfortunately did not receive the cream cheese on one of the bagels.I understand mistakes happen but I'd hope not two mornings back to back.

The last couple times I went they got the order wrong ordered blt with extra bacon got turkey bacon instead n they forgot my egg and sausage n today they did the same got the turkey bacon when I ordered the blt n the salad the chicken was old and dried up so not ever going back to this

On today I went to Tim hortons and the customer service was not good usually it is but today was not a good experience the lady at the drive through didn’t even say hey hi nothing just had her hand out the window I go what’s the total lol ? the soup was disgusting ? I ended up throwing it out my coffee was wrong ?
