I just came to this location where I waited almost 20 minutes. I said I wanted a 20 pack of timbits 10 chocolate and 10 honey dip. I get to the front I pay quickly. I get my timbits and I got a 10 pack of half chocolate and half birthday cakeI told the girl I asked for a 20 pack but I was in a rush because I was already behind to where I was going. I needed to be somewhere at a certain time and then I left. I get that people make mistakes but this location they make mistakes too often. This is the closest to my work so sometimes I come here in the morning but I'm really considering not coming to this location

This has to be the worst tim hortons being run out there that I have ever been to in terms of service. This seriously lacks the charm of a canadian tim hortons. Whoever the owner of this store is only seems to hire international students from one country . The indian guy always looks grumpy and unhappy as if he is forced to work there. I do not appreciate the attitude sir. I miss the time when this location had happy cheerful high school employees who did their jobs properly. They dont say please and thank you and have a good day. The coffee taste awful. They are always out of stock of something basic every day. This shows the workers are lazy as they want customers to cater to their schedule instead. One time I asked about a sandwich and was told “ try coming during these times before this hour” this is just ridiculous. Also please stop labeling your self as a full restaurant, you are more like substitute store or coffee shop only since you are always out of key food items. I find the holiday inn branch much better run. Its a 10 min longer drive but worth it in my opinion. The owner of this store needs to make some serious changes if he wants customers returning to this store

You burnt the bread on my sandwich, carved out the insides and filled it with tomato and one single slice of turkey. Not worth a dime but charged me $7 plus tax. Lazy service, no care about quality at all. I'll be back for the rest of my sandwich tomorrow...

This has to be the worst Tim's in the area.Service is always slow. And they seem to always be in a panic behind the counter.Employees have a hard time understanding your order. I understand that not everyone has English as their native tounge. But even if a customer speaks the same language as them, they still don't understand your order.
