COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! Wait over 2 hours for 2 panerzottis and 2 pops. I couldn’t even speak to the “Manager” of the place. Offered me $4 off cold food on delivery. Customer service at this pizza place is an absolute joke with lack of respect and service. Do not order or you will be sitting at home waiting for cold food forever. They could not supply me with an order number and hung the phone up when asked. Will never be ordering from here again! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Spent over 40$ on a cold XL pizza , came cold , came late . Never ordering from this twice the deal location again .Very disappointing as I enjoy twice the deal from other locations .Don’t waste your time or money here , would rather have store bought pizza over this.Said it would come 40-45 min called an hour later said their 8 min away ( which is the time it would take from their shop to my house )

Twice the deal, more like twice the wait time.We placed an order for two Large pizzas and the person on the phone said it would take 40-45 minutes. We had to call twice asking about the status of our pizza and didn't receive it until almost two hours later.We paid debit and tipped the driver 10%. He got mad and asked "that's all?"Buddy was lucky we even tipped him at all.The pizza is average, but not worth the wait. If you go to pickup make sure you open the box and check that its the right pizza before you leave - one time I ordered a veg pizza, drove all the way home and it was a meat pizza had to drive back.
I usually never leave reviews, but I have no choice with twice the deal the wait times are ridiculously long for delivery I do enjoy the food but it’s a shame that I can’t order because I just don’t have a few hours. Just wait for pizza.

I USED THE ONLINE ORDER AND ORIGINALLY ORDERED FROM THE WELLINGTON RD LOCATION IN GUELPH TO PICKUP AND CHECKED MY EMAIL WHEN I GOT THERE AND THE APP HAD PLACE THE ORDER IN CAMBRIDGE, THE APP SWITCHED MY LOCATIONS, I DID DRIVE TO CAMBRIDGE BUT THE GUELPH LOCATION WAS MUCH MORE ACCESSIBLE AS IT IS ON MY WAY HOME, THE CAMBRIDGE LOCATION IS A BIT OUT OF MY WAY
