I’m so happy I stopped in today to try out Zoup!It was truly an amazing experience.The staff and manager are very warm and welcoming friendly people.They offered me samples before I decided which soup I would like to get. it was hard to decide because they were so delicious but before going I had already picked out online that I wanted to have the lobster bisque and tomato mozzarella pesto sandwich, which was one of the most delicious sandwiches I ever had. Recommend everyone tries.I can’t wait for my next visit and meal.Thank you again to the wonderful staff ?

Ordered clam chowder as well as a fountain drink, previously was the best I could find, hard any potatoes, clams and was watered down rather then a cream base. Had to ask for a cup to be able to get my drink.

Please add more meat on the sandwiches as I only got two pieces of turkey and the soup is watery and under seasoned. I didn’t mind paying higher prices here in the past for higher quality food. I don’t know if I’ll come back unless the quality gets better. It’s sad to see that other people are experiencing the same issues. I hope they’re able to turn things around so I can enjoy zoup again because there’s so very few locations! On a positive note, the staff were very nice!

Don’t waste your time going there anymore!!!My office colleagues and I would order online and pick it up and it was always a great experience but they have new management now and the service has been completely ruined. I placed an order online today and it was confirmed but once I arrived they knew nothing of it. They were completely uninterested in the fact that my order was lost and wanted me to join the regular line up to order. So much for the time savings of ordering ahead for pick up. It is a real shame, it was a great lunch option but the new management is completely indifferent to customer service and not bothered by the fact that online ordering does not work. Will never go back

Fresh drinks looked not so fresh they had this white foam like film on top of it, smelt like kombucha but definitely was not … was very off putting. It was also hard to communicate with staff, if you had any questions they weren’t quite informed with ingredients. This was my first time to zoup and probably last.

Zoup! Is always a perfect lunch spot. Soft music, clean and bright inside, always free and available parking. The staff is helpful with selecting the perfect lunch; they let you try any flavour of soup that they have available that day. They have a dozen flavors, always hot and fresh. They also offer salads and sandwiches, and delicious Mac & Cheese. They offer kids meals and grab n go desserts. Whenever we're in the area, we have to visit!Vegetarian options: The menu is colour coded for vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten free options

This used to be my go to place for a filling delicious soup. But now with the new ownership, I advise everyone to steer clear of this place. The soup is absolutely horrible, no taste to it at all. I will not be back ever !!

Really enjoyed my lunch choice! Cheesy buffalo chicken soup had the right amount of spicy ! The sandwich was also delicious and hit the spot. We were also surprised by a lovely gesture when the owner gave my daughter a cookie to celebrate her birthday! Would definitely return :)
