Risposta Bistro is a must try spot if you’re in the GTA. We had a party of 8 for dinner and everything from the moment we walked in, right until we walked out the door was amazing. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, the food was out of this world amazing. We tried a number of things, including the charcuterie boards, house made sour dough bread, beet salad, tomato soup (I would quite literally drink this by the gallon it was THAT good), ribeye, gnocchi and carbonara.I cannot wait to get back and try all the new menu items.Thank you, Risposta for a wonderful birthday celebration. I’ll be back, very soon.

As someone who stops in at places that I take an interest in I definitely am glad I was finally able to, having driven through Campbelleville many times I could never find an opportunity to stop in at Risposta Bistro. Having had a celebratory 30th birthday dinner here, I can definitely tell you Risposta Bistro is 100% worth the stop especially if you have a love for an authentic Italian meal and quality atmosphere and service.I was blown away by all of the food, what’s pictured here is what I ordered and would definitely order it again the “Gluten Free Gnocchi w/ Tomato Pomodoro” along with the “Spaghetti Bolognese” my cousin ordered.The service was fantastic and very candle-lit, perfectly setting the mood for a quiet evening date or just personal time with family and friends. We had an amazing Sunday lunch at the Rispoto Bistro in Campbellville. The atmosphere and music were beautiful and the food was delicious! We loved the Sourdough Bread. I think it was the best that I’ve had! Crusty on the outside and soft and fresh ion the inside. Only a 30 minute drive from Cambridge on the Scenic Gore Road.What a relaxing way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
