Visit April 2, 2024 for late lunch. We tried the beef bowl and the chicken bowl, along with a Jarrito pop and churos. All were excellent. Staff were helpful. Limited seating area inside. Priced moderately to expensive.
As expected and reliable for food quality and taste. Great option for a picnic but not dine-in.The food was tasty, fresh, and hot. Portions range from small to enormous and are priced reasonably.Lots of options from vegetarians, pescatarians, and meat-lovers alike. You customize your bowl or meal with toppings you want. They have "gluten friendly" options but no protocol for those suffering Celiac disease.Lots of beverage options. The kids' menu has lots of easy options. The front door is accessible. There is a ramp and an activation switch to automatically open the door. There was 1 high-top table with high top seats. No highchairs and seats aren't great for small children so may e opt out of dining in.The Washroom is for customers only but accessible.Vegetarian options: All meals can be made with beans (black or pinto). They also have fish for more lenient descriptions of vegetarianism.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten friendly alternatives, but everything is contaminated. They do not have a gluten-free service area, dedicated kitchen tools, toppings, sauces, or containers. I don't risk it with my son.Parking: It's open in a strip mall. Might be a little complicated to turn into when driving west bound, but the middle lane helps.Kid-friendliness: The menu is great. My kids loved the options. There is no seating for small children.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an accessibility door activator. There is a ramp to get to the door. The washroom is accessible. The service counter is really high, so it would be difficult to see toppings from a seated perspective.

For $30 (no drinks) I’d expect a little more meat. My hard shell taco had 3 cubes of chicken in it.. my husbands (large) burrito was the size of a small and also very cheap on the meat. Won’t be back.
Great food. Enchilada was very flavorful. Not a true enchilada, but tasty non the less. Kids had the tacos and loved them.

The first time I ate here, I got a cold, soggy burrito. The second time I decided to get the bowl to avoid that. The staff put 1 spoon of chicken and 1 spoon of rice. Both didn't even covered the bottom of the bowl. I questioned this and I was told it's only 1 spoon of each. The spoons must be smaller than any other place I've eaten at or it wasn't a full spoon. After the toppings the bowl was barely half full. I complained again and he put 2 more spoons of rice to make it almost 3/4 full. The chicken was so dry I gave it to the dog. And that's not all! He handed me a fork touching the pronged end after handling cash. I noticed the spoons were handle side down instead of up. So much for hygiene. I'll never eat there again.

I have been to this and other Guacs. They are pretty good for a fast-food style Mexican grill when compared to competitors. However, they didn't update their hours for holiday closures around Thanksgiving. I manage businesses on Google. It takes all of 2 minutes to update hours for a holiday closure and google sends you a reminder ahead of time to update your hours. The fact that management can't be bothered makes me worried about what else they can't be bothered about when it comes to the food.

I was hesitant to try this place for quite some time because of some earlier negative reviews in terms of portion and value concerns but I am very pleased I finally decided to find out for myself. Always have the meat taco’s and not only are they yummy but I find the dish reasonably priced for the food you ultimately get to enjoy. Always taste fresh. Meat is always at a great temperature. In fact it’s also taken me a few visits to polish off my entire order. Its now a part of my weekly routine for the most part. Looking forward to trying the rest of their menu. Thank you guys!
