Drive through is slower due to Swiss Chalet/Harvey's menu so chill while you wait or preorder on the app to pick up at the counter if in a hurry. Most of the people are really nice.
Went in Thursday night. Ordered a whole chicken. It was cut up which was great. Only waited about 5 minutes. They've gone back to the plastic containers. The cardboard doesn't do well with chicken! Got home & extra leg was there plus 10 expensive chocolates. Must be a Thanksgiving special. Happy Thanksgiving to all Harvey's staff! ??? You were busy at 9:30 PM & still pleasant & quick service ? You know I'll be back soon.

Awesome environment, staff is super friendly super kind. You can tell it is run by a big beautiful blended family they are always smiling and joking around making the atmosphere seem so welcoming and warm. Definitely will return to this location and it is the first time I’ve seen customer service workers smile since before covid. Refreshing.

Long wait. Got order wrong. Unhygienic & staff poorly trained: unfriendly, untidy & disinterested. Food mediocre at best. We've been at this location a few times & our experience is always the same: disappointing. We will not be going back.

I just went through the drive thru for a quick meal after work. I ordered a chicken strip meal with a poutine. Instead of chicken, I got pickles... and the fries in the poutine were extremely old.
