Thank you for making our holiday trip back home a breeze! My family of 5 came in at 7 in the morning on Boxing Day, and were greeted with a smile and were swiftly helped. We had quite the large order and the lovely blond lady at the front (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) was so patient with us and made 100% sure she got all of the items. The worker who brought us our sandwiches was so lovely as well. By far the most pleasant experience I have had in a Tim Hortons in over a decade. Y’all killed it :D Cheers!

Never have what you need and always seem to be out of something or everything, but I keep coming back for the AMAZING service. The team here makes my day more than the coffee.Dietary restrictions: They use almond milk instead of oat but don't advise this every time. The two aren't and should not be interchangeable.

I don't do this often but these guys need a crash course on lightly toasted maybe? Every day i order the same thing and 95% of the time it's the same staff mon-friday and weekend staff knows my face aswell. I ask for VERY VERY lightly toasted roast beef cravable and ice cap and coffee and 4 days out of 7 i get either burnt, rock hard buns or burnt crispy chicken. I spend a minimum o 20$ a day at tim's and would expect that they listen to what customers ask for.This has become such a problem at both this location and Franktown location that i often travel further to make sure i get what i ask for because my dog is getting fat from all the cravables i don't eat!
