This is the clearly very generous amount of sauce u get on a sandwich. This Tim’s has nvr rlly been good but since the new owners they don’t even try. Mess’s up every order, majority of the time can’t even make a tea right. Good job firing everyone who worked there before to hire these new ppl..

This review covers several visits over the last few months. Very poor food quality the only explanation is either new ownership is trying to squeeze as much profit as possible at the expense of quality or poorly trained employees. Bagels are either under toasted or burned with butter or cream cheese applied to 1/4 of the bagel. Breakfast sandwiches have been cold and drink orders made incorrectly. Service is generally slow and often very poor communication skills at the order screen. This place is lucky it is the only place offering this service in the area or they would definitely not have any of my business.

Awful awful place. After giving this Tim Hortons chance after chance, im done!!!! Every order is messed up, I also purchased gift cards which they messed up on. Went through drive through tonight at 8:00 and employee told me no food just drinks then I see him serve vehicle infront of me a box of Timbits!!! Corporate needs to take this place over. Gone down hill 100% since previous owner left. I will NEVER return

Tried to give the new owners time to adjust but after many months now, the service/beverages seem to be getting worse. When ordering from the drive thru , my coffee is always wrong, orders a double double but comes out as a regular. Staff said the sugar machine was not working right at the drive thru. Months later still not getting regular when I order double double. Other night we ordered hot chocolate and it was like drinking warm water.Plus service is always slow

If I could give a 0 I would i asked for a grilled cheese and they dropped the butter 3 times and kept using it being twice on the floor and once in the sink and the cheese was coverd in flies like what happened it used to be descent and Now it’s horrible they shouldn’t have changed the owner or manager whatever they changed in there but they need to learn how to actually do there job
