I was going to take out I've never actually eaten in Boston Pizza but the ladies that work at the Chatham location that handle the takeout orders are always so friendly and they never make fun of my outfits cuz I always come in my pajamas LOL keeping it classy Foods always good hot and ready when I need

We had a large party of 14 for a birthday. Service was quick, food all came out at the same time, and was enjoyable. I was able to bring a cake with no issue. Drinks were good and topped up in a timely manner. Kelly B was our waitress and did a wonderful job! Great experience overall!

We had a reservation on the weekend, this was our second time here. Very limited menu. I tried the chicken mushroom fettuccine,served at room temp, with only one slice garlic bread. Looked good but not much flavor. Would not recommend to friends. Our server was amazing, the two girls at the desk hostesses I think ,were like deer in headlights with our change in seating, leave the attitude and roll eyes outside of restaurant.

Not fresh at all.Came in on a busy night and it was very clear that they premade their popular pizzas waiting for someone to order it.Got the brownie with ice cream and the brownie was lukewarm…who wants a lukewarm brownie?Very disappointed…..better off getting a $4 frozen pizza from Walmart.

Everytime I order and pick up food to go they are always missing things. First time was my fault as I did not check but everytime afterwards there is always a meal, or side missing from the bag. ALWAYS check your bag before leaving as they probably missed something.
