“Quality food and service, coffee has dropped in quality since they got the tall containers which is a shame... atmosphere is fine, especially by the fireplace but it could stand to be more....homey? The stools are a bit uncomfortable and I don't understand why the table is so tall, not safe for kids.“

“I overheard that there might be a new rule in place. If you're rude to the baker (usually the person with round glasses and black hair) you won't get your food if you ordered any. Especially if it's nearly 1pm and they have been working since 4:30am. Be kind to your servers people.“
“It's always a pleasure to order at this Timmies. We ordered at the drive through. Although it was a long line the staff was fast and efficient. They worked together as a team and handled that busy crowd like pros. I could see things tidy inside and the staff at the window were friendly and considerate. “Everyone knows that Timmies is a main coffee place, I get at least two coffees a day every day. Depends on what timmies you go to you can have some issues with wrong orders. I havent had any issues with both St Clair locations aswell as the one near old giant tiger. They always get my orders right, food is always hot and made great. Coffee always taste good. The only issue I ever had ones the one near the cop station before it got revamped, the bagels were made terrible & a lot of drunken people went through there at nights. Aside from all that most of them have sit in areas with ac to sit and relax with some tv. They use to be open all night but sadly I'm pretty sure all close at night now.“
“An amazing branch of Tim Hortons with an even amazing set of employees. I am a regular customer and they are always very welcoming and friendly. The manager is very good at multitasking as he takes care of his customers,his employees and does work around the branch without skipping a beat. I work with customers myself and I know how difficult it is to maintain that behavior through the whole day while dealing with problematic people so I can say that they are doing an amazing job!Also I get a smiley face on my coffee cups everytime I grab a cup and it makes me happy everytime! ?“
“This is a main downtown tim hortons. I'n Chatham , this means that if you need to use the restroom, you will be required to ask a staff member to remotely unlock the door. A sad reality and yet a common one amongst main locations. The main tradeoff is the wonderful and upbeat staff. ❤️“
“My order was correct. The young lady who took my order wasn't very friendly, but it could have just not been her day. The place was impeccably clean, even the washrooms. I was impressed with how clean the entire store was. The men's room was so clean that my son (9) ran out to me and was impressed with how clean the mens' room was.“
“I'm not much of a fan of Tim's coffee shops, but I wanted to make special mention of this outlet. A lot of Tim's places are really reducing their seating, which kind of implies that they don't want us around, but this outlet still had plenty of seating, and I was able to sit a chat with a friend in relative quiet. When I have Tim's, I think I'll use this outlet.“
