I don't understand the recent bad reviews. I've been regularly eating the pizza from this location, and have never had an issue with the toppings being undercooked or "watery" (whatever that means). My experience with this location has always been friendly customer service, and good pizza. No complaints from me! I've found that being a pleasant and polite customer goes a long way to having a pleasant and polite customer service experience from those who are serving you. Maybe these people should consider giving it a try?

Got a pizza tonight from Orleans. We were taking it to my grandsons hockey game. They never cut it unfortunately we didn’t think we had to bring a knife when we ordered pizza. Paid for pepperoni but couldn’t hardly find any. Will not be going

There is is water and the dough and sauce is not well tooThe staff is very rude I want there and she said that how we make pizza’s. You might eaten first time and she said u might be new that why you don’t know anything.I will never go there back

Pizza was not well cooked. There was raw vegetables that was not baked in pizza specially mushrooms. Sauce was watery and dough was not baked properly. staff was really rude. She said "are you eating pizza first time and pizza is always like that" I saw first time this type of pizza and behavior. Sharing some picture with you guys. There was layer of cheese on top of pizza so only cheese was baked properly. She said this is our pattern.

The pizza was too oily on the bottom. Turn down the oven and cook the pizza two more minutes, the dough was slightly raw. The crust should be slightly crispy not soggy.
