I very rarely right a bad review about any company. I was not impressed by the food here. It looked like it was left over chicken from the day before. In the end, my bowl was a heap of mess. I will go back to buying my burrito bowls from another well known burrito company a block away, where the vegetables and chicken are fresh.

Visit time at this location. Our server was Kate. We she came to take our order she didn't say hello just simply said " what would you like" we asked if we could order our drinks first to which she relied " ya" when she returned with the drinks she didn't speak. Placed them on the table and walked away. She returned 15 minutes later after we waved her back. While taking our orders she didn't make eye contact and was very rude with how she spoke. We were with people with disabilities so ordering took a little longer than normal. She dealt with this by rolling her eyes and saying " look I can come back if you don't know what you back" After ordering as she walked by we asked for refills. We were completely ignored. When delivering food to the table, again no eye contact. Placed the food down and walked away. Never saw her again and until we were done. She came to the table and said " checks now" when we said someone would like dessert her reply was " really" and walked away. We decided after that to just pay and leave. While paying she seemed very annoyed that she was not being tipped. One member of our party paid by cash. Kate returned to the table placed the money down aggressively and said " oh no you're not leaving. You owe me .05" stood there with her hands on her hips until she was given the .05. She didn't say Thank you. She grabbed the money and walked away. Very poor customer service skills, no people skills and clearly doesn't know how to deal with people who have disabilities. We were treated like we were inconveniencing her time. Food was great but unfortunately with service like that we won't be returning. I would highly recommend customer service training for this server or a job that's less of an inconvenience.

As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean it was. I was immediately greated by a friendly staff member. The food was fantastic, the ingredients were fresh and on display for me to see and choose from. It was delicious, I will definitely be returning. Oh and the price was very reasonable. Great job guys!
The food taste weird, the waiters and staff are weird. Strongly advise you to stay away from the French onion soup. Better yet stay away from the restaurant better places to go in Cobourg. Something is off about the food.

We came to take out order before 9 PM and they did not open the door. We waited 10-15 mins outside the store but they did not respond to us even they are inside the store. We came far from specially eat Mexican food. You can see my brother standing out side for getting response.
