Will and the guys that work here are awesome. Food is always made super fast and pick up is smooth. Wish they delivered to Colborne but it's a far drive I get it. Food always is what I expect and the 6 cheese sausage (John's Favorite) is always my go to. I like them as the best pizza place in town because they actually answer the phone and are pleasant to talk to unlike Pizza Hut who never picks up their phone.

Only 1 block from Scotiabank Arena. We went after the Leafs game on Saturday night vs the Rangers. Absolutely jammed and waited for a table. Only had drinks, and went to the bar to order. Servers were no where to be seen.

seems to be very inconsistent here. this time it was brutal. it needed to be cooked longer as the bottom wasn't crisp or close to it. massive crust. it's like they cut back on all toppings and sauce, as well as time cooking. I never send back my food which is why I didn't call them directly. I believe in reviews. the pizza I received was not quality at all. see pics.

Great Staff!!! They know who they are! I am in almost daily to pick up my grandson’s (who is on the spectrum) favorite…Cheddar Garlic Knots! The older gentleman and/or young men at the cash always ask how my grandson is doing, means a lot to me. Their kindness and personal touch is appreciated!

don’t get me wrong the food is amazing but the atmosphere is questionable, i used to work here as a delivery driver for about 2 months (then leaving due to licence issues). in the beginning people treated me with kindness but as time went on i started to be faced with attitude from the young manager. i would try to help out between deliveries and be told to sit down or be impolitely told to go do something else. the in-stores and other drivers were amazing it’s just management that needs some work. i was then told by some other people that i was being talked badly about behind my back (after being told i was a good driver by the same manager) and i don’t appreciate it. i'm not writing this to be disrespectful i’m writing this as a wake up call to papa johns management.
Gluten free pizza - a good GF pizza is hard to find. Papa John's used to have that, but recently they introduced a different crust. It is really bad. Why change a good thing?

That large 3 topping for 14.99 is honestly the best pizza deal in Cobourg.The staff were very friendly and got my pizza out within 10 Minutes! Best pizza in town literally, just like 30$ for a decent pizza, no fault of the establishment but still not an every Friday kinda thing ya know. Employees 10/10 tho service is usually fast and food is good.
