Bad staff, I'm usually a big fan of Chipotle and it tends to be good, but here the portions are very small, practically no "meat" on the plate, rude staff.

I recently visited a Chipotle franchise and left feeling quite disheartened by the service. I ordered a veggie bowl, and when I requested cheese and sour cream, the server seemed eager to complete my order. Despite my polite reminder, the server audibly sighed and sparingly added the toppings—just a drizzle of sour cream and a scant amount of cheese. Opting to avoid confrontation, I accepted the bowl as prepared and settled the bill. Unfortunately, this experience has dissuaded me from returning to this particular location. In contrast, the staff at the York University Chipotle are commendable for their friendliness, courtesy, and generosity.

This is the worst chipotle I been to!! Even the one at major Mackenzie and Yorkdale is better. When I come to Vaughan mills I always give it a chance but after today I’m done. They’re so strict when it comes to giving food that YOU ARE PAYING FOR!! They give you such little portions of it and even when you ask for a little bit more, those employees have an attitude about it. They act like the food comes outta their pockets. I even saw when they got an online order one of the girls was throwing a whole big tantrum about it like it isn’t their job and they’re getting paid for it!! They have to do something about this location it’s ridiculous.

Come to this chipotle every so often maybe every 6 months and they are not too bad lines can be extremely long during peak hours staff seems friendly but can improve on portion size when asking for extra (not on the items you have to pay extra for like Guac and protine) also arrived when their was no line and felt rushed by the staff when trying to create my bowl

Worst Chipotle you can find. From the food to the HORRID food, I would not recommend. Sticky undercooked rice ball in my bowl like be so serious. Never ever again.
Asked the server to make a Vegan Sofrita Bowl and before I could interject she had already added cheese and sour cream.Either she didn’t hear me, she did not understand what I asked for or she forgot. Either of the options, it was upsetting for me.The new bowl seemed not entirely full to us as well. Hardly any rice or the Tofu Sofrita. I used to be full by this bowl previously and now it felt as if I was having a snack. Usually when i buy chipotle the workers are very kind but it wasn’t like that with this one they were extremely disrespectful and didn’t let me finish talking and i clearly asked for vinaigrette and the worker just looked at me and ignored me and this girl just throws lettuce at your bowl when you don’t even ask for it and the first is nasty!! The kitchen is messy asl they just throw stuff at your bowl and get mad when you say you didn’t ask for it make it make sense!! I don’t know why they’re in a big rush when there’s a small line i hope these workers get fired. No forks provided. Chicken is burnt. Food is nasty PERIOD! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!
