Aside from the food being awful, we ordered food and asked for our kids food to come out first so we can feed them and eat our food in peace. As our kids were eating we discovered a hair in the food. We told the server who took the plate and then picked the hair out with her bare hands to examine it and then proceeded to go to the kitchen to show the chef. Before we could even cancel our order for the remaining food they brought the food out. The pho was the worst pho I've ever had but that's not even the worst part... the kids started screaming as there was a cockroach on the wall by the table and then happened to fall on our table! One of the adults quickly grabbed a tissue and killed the cockroach and pulled the server aside and showed her the napkin. They weren't even shocked. I've never in my life experienced such a thing. Horrible horrible. Save urself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

Honestly, underrated Vietnamese spot!The pho here is rich, and the price is value for money! Ir is cheaper than ither pho places but the taste isn't compromised in my opinion.The bietnmaese coffee here is the highlight! It is absolutely delicious!! Best one I've had yet.

Very disappointed for the first time ordered! I ordered food from Uber eat, and put pick up cause my husband works near this restaurant. He came and the lady didn’t give order to him, even he said and show he is my husband. Show texting that I told him to come to pick up food. The lady made my husband waiting 30 mins till I read his texts.Come on! I ordered uber eat to save time and for convenience. Not for trouble! How the hell customer has my name if I dont give them information?Food honestly is ok level.Service is … inconvenience and trouble maker.Atmosphere: too small restaurant and broken windows. Still dont fix.Anw, I was wrong. Wrong to spend money here. Thanks!

The old owners left a couple of years ago. The chef who worked for him took over. Strangely, the food tastes different. The broths/soups are too light in flavour. I am a non- smoker who does not drink alcohol regularly. I had to reheat my soups and broths at home and reduce the amount of liquid in order to attain more flavour. The portions are surprisingly smaller than one would expect for the prices. The chef is a really nice and amiable younger man. His wife is a pleasant and busy cashier/server/bartender and host. They put in the effort and do their best. However, from a customer perspective with a big appetite, this place is my last choice to go to for Viet cuisine. I usually drive for 20 minutes in to Woodbridge/Vaughan to get my Viet food cravings satiated. When I have no other choice, I will order from here. I rarely give less than four stars for anyone or anything. But, after 5 different visits and ordering different dishes with different beverages, this place has definitely set its tone. It has been almost a year since my last visit there. I might stop by this weekend and see if things have improved. Hopefully, I can return to Google Reviews and change my opinion to something much more positive afterwards!!

We like bun cha ha noi and would drive long way to enjoy the food here. Bun cha ca is delicious . The owners are nice and provide good services.

I came from Massachusetts to visit and as soon as my family walked in the server was an absolute rude and miserable. The restaurant was empty we were the only ones there. It looked like she was hoping for nobody to show up! She didn't even give us time to order drinks. When we asked for 4 individual teas she gave plastic cups with one small jar. I wanted to walk out but my family didn't want to be rude. The food was below average. Worst place ever been too by far.

The best dishes here is ‘bun cha ha noi’, but other dishes were not great. I have tried other better Vietnamese restaurants in town. Friendly and quick service.

New ownership, so I thought I gave this place a tryout again. The service is good and the food is good but the place is very quiet. I didn't know, but take out they don't give out utensils ?

The new ownership has done a tremendous job in improving the menu and quality of the food. I had one of the best Pho Tai in town recently at this restaurant. A hidden gem that will not disappoint you. I have brought friends to this place and they loved it! Strongly recommended.

I came here after my dentist appointment. The service was quick and efficient and the waiter was very friendly. I both got grilled chicken w/ rice and spring rolls, they were very delicious. I was surprised that the spring rolls were tasty and soft. Would come back again!

Meal portions are small compared to other nearby restaurants. Even the combos are thin. The soups have little portions as well. The taste is just ok. Friendly service.
