Just tried a 2lb brisket sound at lococo’s, that cost $30. I followed the instructions perfectly. It turned out to be one of the worst pieces of beef I’ve ever tried. Tough, rubbery texture, with poor taste. It wasn’t even edible. Can’t express how disappointed we were for something at that cost.
