When I was looking for a place that can make a very specific and unique cake that I had in mind, I wasn’t sure that it could be done without a lot of work on my end. But with Antonella’s help at Just Temptations, the process could not have been any easier; I sent a picture of what I wanted, and the cake came out very very pretty and accurate! I also had a very tight deadline (3 days lead), which was accommodated very easily by the amazing staff. The experience of dealing with Antonella was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were the easiest to work with vendors for my sons birthday party.and the cake looked on point. So beautiful. Unfortunately the cake was a but underwhelming which was disappointing since I thought out of everything I arranged for the cake would be 10/10. But unfortunately it was a little dry and there was hardly any cookies and creme filling. The fondant was also dry and coming apart weirdly just hours after picking it up.Edit: Antonella contacted me immediately and relentlessly followed up to send me a complimentary cake. I had an opportunity to visit majority or the same.family that got to taste the previous cake on the birthday and took her complimentary cake there. She sent me a beautiful chocolate buffet cake and it was fabulous! She also sent me 12 cupcakes that were the same luxurious chocolatey goodness and fluffy texture. I was beyond amazed at their customer service levels par excellence. I spoke about them to all my family and Co workers who enjoyed the cupcakes and will continue to give them my.business. thanks AntonellaPPS. The reason for the dry cake could be that the cookies and cream filling isn't their regular filling and a special request. So next time if you're reading this and have a special filling in mind, speak to them!
