We had a been a big fan of the M cha bar in Vaughan since they opened. However it has been getting disappointing. Everytime it takes more than 15mins to get the drinks, the staff werent very pleasant and the taste of the drink has been horrible and made with no heart.I ordered a Jasmine green tea with 50% sugar and it tasted like sugar water. Creme Brulee milk tea dont have the torched top anymore. With this pricepoint, it is just not worth it.I really hope that there will be some improvement to be made.

Severely gone downhill over the past year. The new cups are 25% smaller and use flat, coffee-style lids which give their drinks an ugly/boring look - so my wife has no desire to take a pictures of them anymore. They've also started skimping on toppings. Our go to order for >5 years was mango pomelo and 20% of the cup was taro balls/strawberries, but today you'd be lucky to get a single layer of toppings at the bottom. Honestly WHY they changed their cups is puzzling, because the other BBT shops in the same plaza haven't changed their cup size and material, while M Cha was always known for having beautiful, large cups with high quality plastic. The new plastic is VERY flimsy so if you grip your cup your drink will leak from under the lid - they need to start sealing their cups instead. Agree with other reviewers that this location seems forgotten/neglected, they're consistently understaffed and often take 30-40 min for 2 drinks - better to just go next door for faster service. Pretty sad that I never recommend this shop to family/friends anymore, but it was good while it lasted.

I loved how they used thick plastic cups and their boba was always so creamy and amazing. Been ordering for years now through Uber eats and recommended others to order. Yesterday however I was extremely disappointed in the very watered down slushy we got as well as very cheap plastic containers and the sizing was so different. Extremely disappointed as this has been my place maybe even since COVID time :(

I bought a gift card from this location and have been trying to redeem it for my last few visits (over the course of 4 months now) but there’s always some new employee who doesn’t know how to process it. Why sell a gift card if you can’t accept it as payment? Then finally on my most recent visit I was told the gift card was no longer a thing and I have to trade it for points but only the owner can do that for me. I was given the owner, Grace’s, email who I’ve reached out to over two weeks ago with no response. I guess I was just robbed of my money? Absolutely ridiculous customer service. They’re running a scam business.

This location has gone extremely downhill… I remember when it first opened they always handled the drinks with care and made them really well. Nowadays… it’s made so poorly. We ordered the taro coconut milkshake and it was completely liquid (50% of it was milk) and wasn’t even combined. It also just tasted like milk (nothing else). We also ordered on the app 20 minutes prior and when we got there, they told us they hadn’t started making it and we ended up staying there for an extra 20 minutes waiting for it. Disappointing. Go somewhere else for your bubble tea.

I actually love M Cha - their drinks are amazing, delicious and never disappoint ??it’s worth the wait if I had to be honest!The only reason they don’t have 5 stars is they are very very very understaff. They often are late with orders on ubereats (whether you order for pickup or delivery). And in person, I usually see just one person working the phone, cashier, and making the drinks.I totally feel for them though, I don’t believe it’s the employees who are the problem because they are very hardworking and friendly regardless of being so busy. But they’re swamped! Management needs to hire more employees.

While the drinks are tasty it is unfortunate that they can never get it right.This includes ordering from Uber eats and in store. I’ve given this store and their chains so many opportunities that I have reached the point of giving up.This is only one example, I order the osmanthus jelly in green milk tea with tapioca. I didn’t get tapioca and I got black tea. I’m not sure what went wrong with the process but it is absolutely disappointing, I ended up throwing out the drink cause it changed the taste completely.Hopefully you all can get it right in the future and maybe in a year or two I will try again.
Use to be good.. disappointed now. Ordered milk trio which was filled with tapioca (cold) and very little taro paste. Stop cheaping out. Quality needs to come
