The drive thru staff is rude and not helpful. They burnt my bagel the first time and the second time they did not toast it at all gave me a cold bagel and butter. Sam yanked the bagel out of my hand and was very disrespectful. Then she came back and refunded my money without asking me if i wanted something else to eat. This employee should be fired as she has no customer service mannerism.

It was nice to FINALLY enter a Tim Hortons that is spotlessly clean and quiet. Even the washroom was so clean that I took the time to compliment the manager on her location. Kudos to her!
