I went to the Tim Hortons Location. I ordered 4 small French Vanilla’s. 5 female staff members were busy yapping away. Please hire competent staff. The garbage was over (full). I asked to use the washroom and was told ‘the manager told us to keep it locked sorry’. Even my 81 year old brother was denied use of the washroom. Sad to say, you may have cheaper staff but the lack of competency is to its worst. Pls have them clean the tables, take out garbage and clean the washroom. The mall is beautiful and the visitors to this mall should be treated with respect when they spend for products and services. This location has just put the name of ‘Tim Hortons’ as a franchise into a poor category. Kindly step up to the Franchise name. Thank You.

There was this old indian lady who was aggressively screaming when explaining. She was very threatening and can be heard in the whole store. Despite, I was being calm. She kept giving me dirty and menacing looks even though I just gave up and exited the store.Most of the tim hortons offer cold plastic cup for free but this is the only store that was charging customers 10c and forcing to get a hot cup. The service and quality had gone down because they keep hiring staff who doesn’t have basic manner or etiquette when treating customers.

I ordered a bagel which was taking forever .. I noticed one of the staff was playing with a bagel that was left on the order counter behind the cashier . I reminded the cashier again that I was still waiting and then she went to give me that same bagel the staff was playing with . He literally opened it and was discussing on my food. I showed the cashier what was happening and she ordered another one. The same guy took it to the girl at the back(kitchen) to give it to me (that same bagel I rejected). Lolz….Unluckily for them I could see everything happening. Imagine what they do to other people’s food. I literally eat my whole days meal at Tim Hortons as it’s close to my office. This is the first time I paid attention to them. ?But never again.
