Wendy's burgers are way better than McDonald's or Burger King. It tastes better with seemingly fresher looking real ingredients instead of all shredded up. The frosties are always a nice treat. They also have a great selection of salads like the cobb salad which is a favorite. Price wise I think they're similar to the other fast food chains but I just feel it has better ingredients.
Inconsistent food portions/quality and poorly trained staff were some of the issues I encountered. Recently, a manager informed me that the baked potatoes are manually spread apart by employees to give them a 'blossom' appearance, resulting in smaller servings, as evident in the pictures. Instead of selling undersized but same-priced food, Wendy's Canada should consider running an honest business.

Good spacious spot but had subpar service.I ordered a coli and nuggets on the app and waited near the front counter. Several people who lined up ordered after me and got their food before me. After 12 min I went to the desk and asked about my food. It was sitting on a counter waiting. No one called my name (another customer confirmed) .
