I have been to this location twice in the past month. The first time I just assumed it was bad luck but both times the salad I purchased was just soggy but not due to dressing?? like they were sitting in water all day? Not sure how its possible to make a salad that has 0 crunch but they managed to do it twice.Chicken on the salad was also ice cold both times.. Never had this issue before at Subways but wont be visiting this location anymore. Can't fool me three times!

Bryanna is the best sandwich artist I’ve ever seen. She makes the sandwiches with such grace that it’s enough to make anyone cry tears of joy. She is also a formidable cashier and provided the best service imaginable.

Worst subway with worst customer service. Ordered a Rotisserie chicken for my wife and gave some special instructions but they messed up the order and just make a gross sub. Chicken was undercooked and not toasted. After calling them 3 times they picked up the call and said your order is already made and can't take special instructions. Very Very disappointed. Never going again neither recommend anyone.

As i am new here in prince albert I visited to subway for the first time and i got great experience there. I am vegetarian and the employees totally understood me they got change their gloves when starting to make my sandwich. This thing made me ?. And their fresh bread and vegetables also made my sandwich so ?. I would like to recommend all my friends to visit this place everytime.

I stopped by for Lunch today and it was The Best Turkey Sub I've Had! 5 Stars to the Lunch staff today! Perfect amount of Veggies and the Only location in Cornwall that carries Monterey Cheddar Bread Thank You
Worst subway in cornwall. A guy there with a tattoo of a name on his left arm is the absolute worst customer service representative i’ve eveseen. Telling the rep what we want one thing at a time then mentions “you could have just said it all at once”. Then proceeds once we order another sub, he shrugs his arms and said “ok then”. Not to mention every sub he wore the same gloves (even though one sub was vegetarian). At the end we were fed up and told him not to treat customers that way, and he said if we’re going to be demanding, then he will. He said he remembered us from last time and we were very demanding as well (i think it’s because we got there really late and it was about to close so I understand why, but at the same time, you dont treat customers this way). I truly think that something should be done about this because this location has truly lost my respect.

Was just told by the server that they were a little busy, though there was only one other customer in front of me. Told that they were busy and that I should leave for a bit and then come back.I did leave. And I have no intention to ever go back. Burger King was absolutely happy to take my money.

Bread was dried out.... made like a slop and I only ordered a cold cut with lettuce and mustard... I have had way better subway from long Sault and Alexandria.. Cornwall needs to up its standards..
