I have been ordering pizza from this location since it opened and have always had excellent pizza and service.Last night however, I ordered a pizza and requested goat cheese as a topping - if that qualified as a topping at Pizzaville, they need some quality control. There was about a 1/4 cup for the entire pizza. I feel I’m actually being generous by saying 1/4 cup, some slices didn’t have any at all.When I called to report it, I had a very rude, very indifferent fellow on the other end that argued with me, then grudgingly gave me $4 off my next order.Needless to say I don’t think I’ll be using that $4 discount.Very poor.

Staff is very unprofessional. First negative experience was a month ago when I had the wax paper inbetween my crust and my cheese on half the pizza. I was argued with for about an hour on how this was my fault and then the staff had to call the owner of the location to get permission to remake the messed up pie, but would not share the owners information with me. Since then I must just have a flagged account as when I call in now I get the same lady everytime from the call center repeating that she can't hear me and laughing about it. And when I try to order online I'm told it's out of stock. I would say avoid this location but it's probably the same at every location as they use these call centers and don't have local numbers to even contact a manager. It's a rainy day in pizzaville.......

Pizzaville never disappoints and this location is no different. Very accommodating and friendly! Store is always clean and never too busy. They are never stingy on the sauce and I love sauce. Best pizza for that price point by far!

We been going to this location since they opened We had 2 cople of snags with our order but they were all willing to fix it right away without any problems. The young family that owns it are very friendly. My son says that they have the best tasting pizza in the area. The right amount of sauce and the dough is puffy and crunchy.
