Received breakfast sandwiches that were crushed and bread was missing pieces on it. Asked for a double double but received my coffee without sugar also waited too long through drive thur. Not a good experience. Took pictures to prove the quality. Wish I could post it.

It's become abundantly clear that their more interested in speed then they are about fulfilling the customer order correctly. I've been going to this Tim Horton's for 10 years now.It's very few an far between when they actually take the time to correctly provide what I've ordered.Everytime I go in the morning I order an everything bagel double toasted with butter an cheddar. An everytime I get a bagel that I would call untoasted Butter is cold an thick. Like enough for 3 bagels. It's absolutely disgusting getting a mouthful of cold thick butter in your mouth. Also you want me to have my tims app ready an payment ready. But you never tell me at the screen what the cost is. Want me to have payment ready I NEED TO KNOW THE COST.P.s don't ask me to call or go to a website to complain or let you know what you could do differently. Read your reviews an make changes an have quality control. I will be checking my order at the window from now on. An if its partially toasted with a ton of butter I'll be giving it right back an waiting for it to be done properly. Waste my time I'll waste yours.

I get my early morning coffee from this location cause that only near my home and On my way but they most of time spoil my coffee. Most of time coffee is unstirred or no sugar.

Last coffee I had here was bitter, while waiting for said coffee I was watching a young man with no gloves on icing Boston creme donuts, left his station did something else and came and resumed picking up donuts in his bare hands and continued icing. Gross!!!! Will never buy food from this place.Went to get coffee this morning. Watery. Again good brand gone to pot!

Not the first time we have received bagels with little to no cream cheese on them. 80 cents extra for this is theft. Somebody needs to be on top of quality control at this location, because this is embarrassing & disrespectful to the customers who spend their money here.
They have the loudest employees. Always yelling and speaking super loudly.

The coffee is off....ew yuk it was way too strong and not the usual yummy cup of coffee that I usually get from here. Hurt my stomach gave me cramps...D id they change the brew ? ? the apple fritter was great. Loaded with apple bits and lightly iced instead of soaked in icing with hardly any apple bits this time ... if it ain't one ... it's the other ! Can win for losing with this place.

Worst Tim in Ontario. I bought a Large blackberry Yuzu just now and 75% of the cup was filled with ice. I went back to just tell them it isn't fair but the manager was like so rude and treated me like I was trying to get a free drink. So bad.

This store and staff are so great..I have a friend that has worked there for almost twenty years, now..It is a cost to every business, the closer they are to the excessive mismanagement of Downtown Oshawa.So, again, this Tim's is a great store..Great seating.Great Drive Thru.Still a safe store, but, you will see the Cops lit up there 3x per week, or, more..They have to keep their Washrooms locked.Access upon request, if one is a welcome patron..That alone tell's you about the geo-locational proximity to Downtown Oshawa..That is the city's Legislative-Adminstrative skill level..Try to support this store anyways..They're doing a fantastic community service..!!!
