The food was awful. The rice was under cooked and the food had an awful after taste. I tossed it. Save yourself and get something else.

This place used to be soooo good and quality. Every time we get it we say never again. This last take out order was most definitely our last. Rice is always hard and not cooked and noodles are always mushy. The quality of their meat is so questionable. Glutinous and slimy. I've found numerous hairs as well. I will drive anywhere to get any Chinese food other than this place. Don't waste your money.

Always fast friendly service with great food. I've pretty much tried every dish on the menu over my years here. My only comment/question is why the red chicken sauce is called sweet and sour, yet it tastes sort of like cherries. I've only ever had true sweet and sour sauce from 1 Chinese food restaurant that still operates now, same owner. It's not that the cherry is bad tasting it's just that its flavor is cherry, not sweet and sour.I highly recommend you try Peking out. You will not be disappointed!!!

We are by no means connoisseurs of Chinese food, but overall I thought the food was great. Tasty and good portions! Recent reviews suggested "slimy" chicken - we ordered the Sesame Chicken, and the chicken was definitely well lubricated with a nice sauce, but it's not much different from what I've had from other Chinese food places. The Beef Pad Thai wasn't as spicy as I would have hoped (didn't really feel any heat at all), and the noodles we ordered were very good. Didn't end up eating the rice (which another reviewer commented on) only because we had plenty of food - but the rice didn't seem to be hard at all. We did get pieces of shrimp in our Vegetable Spring Rolls which were a bit of a surprise, but fortunately we weren't bothered by this.It was a hectic new years eve, but the staff seemed very friendly and accomodating in my 2 minute phone call and 30 second in-person interactions. Is there better Chinese food out there? Probably. But the food we ordered was definitely good, and for us it wouldn't be worth driving a bunch of extra kms on the chance that we might find something better.

This restaurant is takeout and delivery only. Make sure to ask lots of questions when you call. I spoke to them a few times. They didn't say we don't have a dining room. So we drove there for nothing. Why do you have bicycles and a lawnmower in the front of your restaurant? I'm sure the food is great, but we couldn't order any.

Man. This place used to be so good. The general Tao was fantastic. The chicken is still good but their rice is absolutely abysmal. It's almost completely uncooked, all the rice is hard as rocks. Thus has been going on for some time now, consistently over a dozen plus orders.Such a let down as this place used to be fantastic. Done with this place.

Heard so many good things about this place so we gave it a try.......probably the worst Chinese food we ever had and the chicken had an odd non meat texture and was very slimey and kinda slid down your throat with no taste at all and after you are wondering what you just ate and will it stay down.Year and a half later and looking at all the positive 4 and 5 ? reviews we tried again.........nope even worse and same slimey chicken!
