We went here today and my wife was happy to hear they still did the grilled cheese at this location...that was short-lived however as the sandwich was not good. It was cold to start with which was probably a big part of the problem, but it also had way too much cheese on it. That sounds like it would be a good thing, but it wasn't. The pictures are of the cheese I took off the top, three slices thick I think. Also, the one we got at our usual location came with white cheese. Based on this experience, I can't recommend coming to this location.

Bliss

Was in town briefly so decided to stop at this location to get lunch. Only to drive home, which is in London, to find a butchered craveable sandwich that had one slice of tender, and sliced cheese with little to no sauce. Kind of frustrating because I don’t ever eat out and was excited to try it. The employee that picked up the phone didn’t seem apologetic, as if it wasn’t an ordeal but that’s like near $6 and incompetent employees that can barely make a sandwich. If this was my business these people would be fired, because this was no mistake. Sheer laziness and no care for other peoples money. Idk how people can hand off their mistakes to others with a smile, seems manipulative.

The service has declined so much that I will no longer spend my money at this location or the 401 location in Dorchester. 3 out of every 4 orders I purchase are usually wrong. They also constantly run out of food as well. Most often they take your order while they ate not at the till and then by time you place your second order, they have either punched in the wrong order or they ask what your first coffee had in it.

I have been frequenting the Tim Hortons in Dorchester, Ontario for many years.In the last six months I have found this location has deteriorated in every way, from service to cleanliness.I was there yesterday and because of the treatment I received, it will be the last time. The person making my sandwich, who is apparently also the manager, dropped my sandwich on the counter. The sandwich fell apart and she picked up the ingredients and proceeded to reassemble it and present it to me.I refused to accept it and she argued with me at length in front of several waiting customers. Eventually she made me a new sandwich, all the while mumbling under her breath in protest.While eating at my table, this manager was yelling and berating her staff in front of waiting and seated customers.I am a frequent Tim’s customer and I hope that this is not a sign of how things will go in the future at other locations. I won’t be back to this location.

Ordered a bagel double toasted. Took a bite and the bagel is cold on the bottom and not even toasted enough to make the butter melt. Happens all the time at this location.

Six 630 on a Friday night they have no rice to make balls. They have no chilli they have no soup. They basically have no hot food to serve other than coffee and muffins. It’s ridiculous this location sales every time we try and come to it.

Told them I ordered a large not a medium. Server poured my medium coffee into a large and handed it back. Didn't add more coffee or remake it just same coffee in a bigger cup

Went through the drive through this evening with my brother and kids in back, my wife in separate car ahead of us with our other children. My wife had paid for our order without saying so. As we pulled up we were charged for our order although already paid for. Additionally my wife had paid for 3 dream doughnuts and had received 1 and 2 random regular doughnuts and was charged for them. I understand small mistakes and almost never leave a negative review for anything but this is a rough one.

Ridiculous coming here as a student. The lady Susan always pulls up some excuse to harass me and/or publicly humiliate me. This is recurrent and despite various complains she's never reprimanded. If I'm buying food from Tim's there's no written law for her to decide if I can and can't stay in the restaurant. If my friends and I choose to sit inside and eat as a group of 5, she will come running to loudly tell us to regroup because apparently only 4 people can sit there.Susan needs to take it easy and not drive customers away from her horrible non existent customer service. How is she still holding up her job with this attitude? I'm sure someone who's actually happy working at Tim's and doesn't hate high school students is more deserving of this job.It's always stressful anticipating what her behavior would be every time I come in to make a purchase.

The service is slow, the in-store counter personal is good, but everyone else is focused on the drive thru, you wait to get your food if you order in the store , drive thru comes

Susan came up to my friends and I and told us only 4 people at one booth and told my friends who was sitting on a chair to move. We moved over to the booth and she came up to us and told us that we couldn't eat there and threatened to kick us out.
