Ordered through the popeyes app as this was the only location near me that was open until 11pm. Only to get here at 10:50pm after my shift hoping to pick up food for my partner and I to have the store be closed already with no explanation. This is ridiculous and now I'm out 60 bucks and no chicken. Very confused as to how their hours are wrong on both google and the app.

Your order is made fresh so there can be a little bit of a wait. I would rather wait the 6 minutes or so for fresh chicken and fries rather than get something that has been sitting under heat lamps etc. They do their best to get your order done as quickly as possible but they also make sure that it is done right the first time. Usually there is only 2 people working. 1 on the fryers and 1 that works the cash and finishes the orders off. We like the Spicy chicken sandwich and Cherry Coke. There are many other great things!

First time at Popeyes in Waterdown and very disappointed. Coleslaw was very dry , chicken was rubbery and tasteless. Don't know if thats the norm but won't be back.

Ordered wings, fries and burger for delivery. The fries were stale and refried to the core. The bad oil smell was noticeable in wings and fries. Complete waste of money and left hungry after spending $40.They don’t even bother to pickup the call after i picked up the delivery.

Food poisoning. Customer service is great, shoutout Kim! But the food is horrible.They also forgot to include dips in our takeout order, which was an honest mistake, no problem. But the chicken +fries tasted really old and we felt sick after.
This Popeyes location has gone downhill. I don't know if it's come under new ownership or if the new staff haven't been trained properly, but the chicken is very oily and doesn't taste/feel good quality.The new staff seem pretty friendly, but I'm no longer a fan of this location.My last visit has put me off Popeyes for a while
