Sept 25 5:20pm. Best sub I have had from any Subway ever!! These two employees ROCK. They were friendly and professional and made sure I had everything I wanted. Their ingredients were fresh and not cross contaminated and they were cleaning as they went. Great staff!!!!

I had to discard the sandwich as the bun was stale and the meat not very fresh. I would of returned the sandwich but as I live out of town it wouldn't be worth my time and cost to return it. I have been to this location several times in the past and never had a reason to complain. I don't know if there are new owners but if so they better address the issues or they won't be around very long. I have been in the food industry for over 50 years and this experience has left me wondering if I will go back.

Just brought home 2 subs on white buns the buns are so dry that are not edible we seem to have a hard time ever getting a fresh white bun at this subwayDietary restrictions: Can only eat turkey or chicken

Taking backroads home from Southampton theres no place to eat.Subway in Durham is open till 10 on Sunday night (its posted on their door). I arrived at 10 to 10 PM very hungry ! The door was locked and it looked like the employee was in a hurry to leave.

We got subs from this location in March a meatball sub on cheese bread was ok. The cold cut sub was awful bread was hard. We decided to give it another chance today. We cold a cold cut sub on cheese bread. Where do I startBread was staleLettuce was yellowish and grossTomatoes were offOnion sauce didn't taste rightMeat had no taste.I gave this place 2 chances.Don't eat here

Service is very quick. Sub buns and meat and veggies are always fresh. Washrooms are clean.
Drove of my way from Wiarton to Toronto to the nearest Subway station, had a craving for meatballs, to my surprise they were sold out. So my second choice was the Grilled chicken sandwich, asked if it was spy? The attendant said no so I bought it, the chicken was hard to bit and bit spy's. Its not anyone's fault that meatballs were sold out and chicken was bit spy's. I love the subway sandwiches especially the meatball. Guess I have to stop next day and satisfy my craving, hopefully meatballs won't sell out.

April 6th 2023 the worst service I have ever had at Subway Durham. They had three people on staff, and the restaurant was not that busy, and every one of them apparently was not happy to be working and wanted you to know that you were inconveniencing them. Trying to request your toppings while the person at the till is telling you to come pay and the result is you don't get what you want on your sub and it is the customer's fault (me). Next time I will go to the pizza place next door, or if I want a sub, I will go to any other Subway rather than Durham.
