Speaking as a connoisseur of fine dishwater, I can state with authority that the decaf coffee that day was on par with weak, watered-down dishwater that had been used to rinse the diesel out of a heavy duty mechanic's work gloves after a long Friday. I really wanted a hot drink, but it wasn't worth it and I poured it out by the side of the road.

I got 12 donuts and some hot beverages, they were good... the coffee was a bit understeeped. The facilities were not very clean, there was not a lot of space for seating and the lighting was rather gloomy.Parking: Right outside of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Right next to the entrance.

Did the drive-through and found the service a little slower than I expected. Seems like the outside needs a general clean up.

just went to the worst Tim Hortons ever. 25 minutes in line and instead of an apology a saw sarcastic and rude comment followed up with criticism for the company I work for as I was coming through on my lunch. they wasted 25 minutes of it. unacceptable and I'll never be back. you guys just lost a coffee drinker who drinks twice a day at least one cup. Good luck with your current business model.

A very busy Tim Horton located in Durham. It is visited by traveller's heading north on Highway 6 as well as local residents. However, worth stopping here because the parking is plentiful, the facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. I have stopped here for years and have experience consistency in all aspects; food, service and hygiene.

All standard good Tims experience except a peculiarly very long wait for my food bowl. It was busy and theres only one lady prepping food, but others who came after me got their food first, so something is amiss with the system. TH regional management must live the profits from this branch as it was sooooo busy midday, but that the obvious reason is that there is exactly ZERO competition in Durham. If another place opens with decent service, this Tims will suffer.
