Burnt 15$ burger. Disgusting. There was no rush. They were not busy but for some reason only had 1 person taking and making my order. Then, when a line formed she just took orders until my burger was burnt, then served it to me.The other tall guy always gets my food right. Please bring him back.

The dining experience at this American-style restaurant was average overall, with both the food and service falling into the middle ground. While the burgers were decent, we found the French fries to be excessively salty.

Finally had the chance to try Five Guys. Their fries are definitely worth trying, especially the Cajun ones which have a slight kick of spice. The burgers come in double and single patty options; I opted for the double, and the bacon flavor was really good, with a hint of sweetness from being marinated in maple syrup. You can choose multiple toppings and sauces for your burger, and they even offer mushrooms, which I definitely had to include. However, the burger buns were a bit disappointing; they weren't brioche buns and were quite average. After half an hour of takeout, they became a bit too sticky. It seems like swapping the bun for lettuce would be a better option. The hot dog bun was decent, and the beef hot dog was quite tasty. Of course, I had to add bacon, cheese, and mushrooms to the hot dog as well.

Pretty pricy. Lots of food, but can be a bit pricy.Kids enjoyed it.Kid-friendliness: Little burgers and cheeseburgers and hot dogs available. Might be too much burger for kids who aren't big eaters.
