Went at 6pm on a Saturday and were told we had to wait 10 minutes more after ordering for guac? Long line behind us....no one when we went in, actually a staff member on break.....definitely different owners and staff....staff seemed put out when we wanted guac on our food ( which us extra charge) as well as a large side if it w chips which we also paid for.......

This location must have new owners because there is a big change from the last time I visited. Food was extremely little compared to what is usually given, the salad bowl was half full when usually it is filled to the top. Fajita veggies were also raw as others have mentioned, and not even cooked/grilled when put on the salad bowl.

Since it changed owners. Skimpy on the toppings and cheese and the protein and the veggies aren’t cook, still raw peppers and onion. Don’t recommend coming here. Not even full from eating here!

This must have changed ownership. Portions are half what they used to be. Sautéed veggies are raw, food is cold and they were super stingy with toppings and protein. It is not worth the price anymore. One bowl used to feed me dinner and lunch the next day or make 2 burritos at home. I won’t be back to this location. We need a Chipotle in town.

The Mucho Burrito at Yonge and Green Lane did the catering for a work event I helped plan and it was absolutely phenomenal. We did the Burrito Bowl Bar and it was so good!! Very fresh and hot. Everything arrived on time and Rajal was so helpful with planning the catering. It was excellent value for the price. They even helped clean up after the event. I would recommend catering from this Mucho Burrito!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options

Both times I tried to deliver from here were terrible. First time I asked for pickled unions and they gave me raw unpicked onions. Second time, I asked for fajita veggies and the veggies were raw uncooked veggies. So many other great mucho locations, I will never be ordering or dining in at this location again.

Our family has gone to Mucho Burrito for years and always enjoyed their food and service. However, on the evening of September 4th, 2023, we went to the location in East Gwillimbury, Ontario. The burritos our kids got were fine, but the ones my wife and I got seemed to each contain an entire shaker’s worth of salt. It was nauseating. We could not possibly finish them. I honestly figure somebody sabotaged something because there is no way any cook or chef could possibly taste this and think it was okay. Based on what we each had on our burritos, my wife and I figure the culprit was either the coleslaw, the cooked vegetables, or the avocado lime vinaigrette. I can definitely say the plant-based crumble was horrendously salty, but that wasn’t the only thing, because my wife didn’t get the plant-based crumble, but her burrito was still unedible. We’ve had dozens of burritos from here over the years, but this is the first complaint we’ve ever had. The food is usually great. We tried calling as soon as we figured out something was wrong, but nobody picked up the phone. That’s what led me to writing this review. I just wanted to make sure somebody looks into this issue before this terrific restaurant loses a bunch of customers.
