I visited Arto for the first time yesterday, when I was in TO spending time with my Greek parents. We had company coming and decided to pick up some spanakopita from Arto. Caia was so sweet, pleasant, and patient with us as we made our choice. She recommended her favourite version of spanakopita; the horiatiki. As she promised, it was delish. I will definitely be returning to visit and to shop next time I am in town. I had the pleasure of meeting Χαρά, the owner, who was beyond gracious and welcoming. I felt like we’d been friends for years.Καλές δουλειές και επιτυχίες.Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.Ρούλα

"I went to this store yesterday to buy cookies for gifting and for my home. However, when I tried them at home, I found that they were not delicious at all. Although they looked beautiful, I suspect that the store used cheap oil or ghee to make them. It is not acceptable to pay around $45 and receive low-quality cookies. I have previously bought cookies from a Greek, Turkish, and Middle Eastern store, and they tasted so much better. I felt embarrassed after giving them as a gift. Unfortunately, I won't be going to this store again as their service was terrible. The girls who work there hurry when you order anything, and their baklava is terrible. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. If you have already tasted real petit four and baklava, you'll know what I mean. This store's products have a bad taste and are not good for your health."
