Came to town to film a show, and I thought I’d stop by this restaurant that was just around the corner!So far, I’ve been here twice, and the food never disappoints; it’s freshly made, generous portions, and a good price! I was really impressed by the Chicken Hakka Noodles over the rice dish I had the first time around.My goal is to showcase local restaurants that deserve more attention, and I think Hakka Fire Restaurant is one of them! I do, however, hope that they can create a better system for their customers because the lack of organization could lead to them forgetting to check up on you.Definitely still worth the visit! Thank you :)

Not only was it so easy to eat, but the spicy, umami seasoning on the chicken to then be deep fried suited my palate wonderfully. The chicken exterior is crisp, yet the meat inside is tender and juicy, falling off the bone with ease. Served with a green chutney that provides a slight acidity to balance the saltiness of each bite. I also enjoyed the chicken momos swimming in a pool of jhol sauce, a rich sauce that combines spice, saltiness and a slight tanginess of the tomatoes. The wrapper was thin but managed to hold the chicken filling.
