Serano is always fresh and amazing. However, this time the woman who serviced us was very rude and we had very bad luck being served by her!!!Besides her ugly service, we ordered a watermelon and mango ice cream for our little kid. We noticed that she asked her colleague if this ice cream was watermelon but we didn't hear the answer. My hubby asked her if this was watermelon or strawberry and she said yes of course it's watermelon. She lied about that, and it was strawberry!!! The gelato was great anyway, but it's not okay for me to be treated like that.Next time I will make sure not to get any service from this woman and I will raise it with her manager.

I have ordered many times from Serano Bakery through Uber Eats a variety of cakes small cakes pastries cookies you name it and every time absolute perfection! These are absolutely delicious my favourite place to order and they never disappoint.What a fantastic place with amazing products for everyone’s liking. I was surprised by how I was treated by staff. I was placing an order and after ordering two items I was told by the staff that another person would help me. She had to take an order. I respect the owners for their hard work and the fact they employy so many persons from the community but that's Inappropriate and unacceptable

When my family drives from north of Toronto into the city, we will make a point of stopping at Serano Bakery. An incredible assortment of amazing deserts and baked goods! The staff were very helpful and polite. This is a regular place to go for the finest Greek Pastries, Breads and Cakes. The pastries were so good, we ate them before I could take a photo. Next time!
