My wife have craving for TimBits decided on 50 pcs, when i got home first thing my wife is check count is 50 pcs.She only counted 40 pcs I called location on Larid Dr. wish to talk to manager he is not in today next day after 11:30a.m. I called next day around noon the member pass on information concerns for mis count. Rashi want to make it right and offer for my troubles additional 20 pcs of total of 80pcs was very nice of him offered

Very small location. Always busy. Hard to get a seat to enjoy your food or drink. Always very messy for some reason. They need someone going around cleaning up after people. The staff are friendly. Food is classic mid level quality that we know and accept from timmies.Parking: Free lot, very busy however. Can be hard to find parking sometimes.Kid-friendliness: Full of familiesWheelchair accessibility: Auto doors and no step to get in.

DO NOT go to this Tim Hortons, you're better off going to another Tim Hortons nearby at Brentcliffe.1. This place was a mess, no one was cleaning or caring about how filthy the place was.2. The workers were just chatting and laughing, while messing up my order and didn't make it proper (missed out on tomato sauce for the flat bread pizza). Additionally my iced coffee had no sugar whatsoever, even though I made sure to ask for it.3. That place was unbelievably uncomfortable and hot.Please do not come here and go to another Tim Hortons that will actually treat you like a customer.

My experience at Tim Horton's was marred by poor service from a staff member named Eli. Eli seemed more interested in chatting and laughing with colleagues than in serving customers. As a result, the coffee I received was poorly mixed and dripping out of the cup. It's disappointing when basic service expectations are not met, especially when staff members are distracted. Hope you guys improve customer service for future.

The place is filthy. Garbage and dirt all over the place it’s clearly not getting cleaned at all. This was mid afternoon on a Sunday. The place was empty and nobody working there had any plans to clean it up. Gross!!

I ordered beef and cheese artisan sandwich, they charged me 7.9 and gived me a tiny bun with meat and cheese without vegetables. I complained that wasn't what I ordered, they said they didn't have bun and would fix it. They added tomato and lettuce to the same small bun as a fix.

Very bad experience at Tim Hortons. The lady cashier's behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. Despite claiming to close at 10, she refused to take my order at 9:30, causing inconvenience and frustration. It's unfortunate that she prioritized other customers over me. However I wanted to order 3 tea which was not at a big deal. This lack of customer service and disregard for your time is unacceptable. I hope that Tim Hortons addresses this issue and ensures a better experience for all customers in the future.

Place is consistently slow which boggles the mind because there's not even a drive-thru to use as an excuse for orders getting so backed up. Staff communication of mobile orders is basically non existent you have to wave someone down behind the counter because if you stand in the mobile pickup zone they will literally just ignore you. Get the same order every time and every time the level of toasted on my bagel is different, usually very underdone.
