You mention that you take reviews very seriously however it took more then two months for a response from my review. I also sent an emailAug 2023 in response to a "less then stellar" experience I had with one of your staff members. You did respond to that email to try and make it right however I was never given what you offered in that email.

Blown away by the performance of the employees here it’s rare that you have a fast food experience that is done with such precision and care for your food. Wish I would’ve tipped them more. These employees deserve a raise. They are really doing excellent work that you don’t often see at a chain like this. Hats off to them really impressed. Hope the Christmas party on February 11 is banging.

Good food but very tiny portions. Paying $15 bucks for $4 dollar worth of food. Might as-well go to a restaurant and dine in instead.

Great service and the food was delicious. Only reason for giving 4 stars is the lack of toppings. I pay 12 dollars for a pita. Load it up! However, great taste and great service despite the young lady being the only one on the floor she did great. (I’m assuming her co worker was on break)

This is by far the best Pita Pit I've ever been too. I work locally, and when I haven't brought a lunch to work with me, this is my go-to. I like the Pitas, but also really enjoy the salad bowls. They're also the only Pita Pit who have the Garden Salsa chips, which are my absolute favourites! The staff are lovely, and the food is great. I've never been disappointed. Thank you Pita-Pit Elmira! See you soon!
Trish the manager at the Elmira location should go around to each Pita Pit and teach them how to make Pita’s. The double meat was cooked perfectly with southwest sauce on it ( the other Pita Pit forget to add the sauce). Pita was bursting with toppings and she was generous with all the fixings-hummus, tzatziki etc..Bottom line best Pita Pit experience I’ve ever had. She was pleasant, courteous and I’ll be back. Best Pita I have ever had-thanks to Trish.

Literally the worst service ever. They don't make food based on who ordered first. The way they make pita is also as if they are just throwing things together. Oh and the place never feels welcoming. They also mix meat with falafel. The only reason I come here is when I don't have time to drive to Waterloo. I thought it would get better under new ownership but it's probably gotten worse.

Honestly my go to pita pit for those days I don’t pack a lunch. I’ve been really enjoying the rice bowls, and here they pack it nice and full. Always greeted kindly and have had some good conversations with the staff. Thank you ??
